How to Comment on the Draft EIS
A 45-day public comment period on the Draft EIS will start on November 2, 2020 and end on December 17, 2020. All comments must be received by no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, Thursday, December 17, 2020.
There are five (5) ways to submit formal comments during the Draft EIS public comment period (November 2, 2020 – December 17, 2020), as outlined below.
1. ONLINE COMMENT SUBMISSION FORM

Note: Please include your name within the email message, as an email address does not often indicate this information.
3. VOICEMAIL (Project Information Line)
Oral comments will also be accepted by calling the project information line at (855) 343-0130. If you would like to leave a formal comment in response to the Draft EIS, you must indicate that your message is for formal comment on the Draft EIS, along with the spelling of your first and last name. Voicemails must be limited to a maximum of 2-minutes.
4. U.S. MAIL
Individuals can download the Draft EIS Comment Form HERE. After completion, mail the form to:

Note: Hardcopy (paper) comment forms have been provided to area libraries and municipal buildings should you not have access to a printer. Forms can be dropped off at project comment form boxes at select locations. 5. VIRTUAL PUBLIC HEARING
